an Antonio, TX and Broomfield, CO — July 8, 2021 — Vita Inclinata, which holds and precisely places loads with the touch of a button, today announced that HOLT Crane & Equipment, a leading provider of heavy equipment, service and parts, will be the exclusive reseller of the Vita Lifting System for Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and New Mexico.

The Vita Lifting System gives the construction industry a tool to efficiently and precisely place picks, automatically adjusting to hold position even in high winds, while keeping workers out of the critical load path. It’s a technology tool that helps keep workers safe instead of replacing them.

“The construction industry generally has been slow to adopt technology, especially with the worry that it could take jobs. But having seen Vita’s system in action, we’re excited to help get it out there.  We’re confident that it will make jobs easier and safer instead of eliminating them,” said David Worsham, General Manager, HOLT Crane & Equipment. “It delivers as promised, and its Position Hold feature means that wind doesn’t control whether folks can work,” he added.

Vita’s Load Stability System technology is certified by the US Army for helicopter rescue litter stabilization, countering swing, spin, and oscillation. Adapted to the specific requirements of cranes, the SL and Spreader Bar use that same life-saving control and precision to provide remote, hands free load control – spin prevention, position hold, precise placement – for loads up to 40 tons.

“HOLT Crane & Equipment has built an incredible legacy of excellence in service, equipment, and smart, strategic innovation,” said Caleb Carr, Vita Inclinata CEO and Founder.  “Their seal of approval means a lot in the industry, and we are honored to partner with HOLT Crane & Equipment as exclusive resellers in their home territory of the southwest United States.”
